Schedule

Tuesday, July 21: Depart from Atlanta Airport

Wednesday, July 22: Arrive in Cairo (late evening or early Thursday morning) and check into the hotel

Thursday: Visit the Giza Pyramids and enjoy dinner on the Nile River

Friday: Visit the Cairo Museum and explore Old Cairo

Saturday: Travel to Alexandria, visit the Library of Alexandria, and have dinner in the city

Sunday: Visit partner churches in Alexandria

Monday–Thursday: Travel to and participate in the Pastors/Youth conference

Thursday: Final day of the conference, time for shopping in the city center, then depart for the airport

Friday, July 31 (early morning): Return flight home

Cost & Deadlines

We are excited that you are considering going to Egypt with us this summer. The cost of the trip is $1,500 plus airfare.

The $1,500 covers meals, lodging, transportation, and sightseeing while in Egypt. The only additional costs would be a $25 visa on arrival (must have exact amount in USD cash), along with any personal spending for coffee, snacks, or souvenirs. We work to keep costs as low as possible since this is a ministry trip.

Important dates/deadlines:

April 10 – Firm commitment with a $500 reservation deposit due to Reach Missions. Make Deposit Here.

May 15 – Full payment of airline ticket (a copy of your passport will be required for ticketing and for the Egyptian government)

June 15 – Final payment of $1,000 due to Reach Missions. Make Final Payment Here.
